Choose between either the Rollerball Pocket Psychiatrist which includes (8) 4 ml rollerballs, or the 2ml Pocket Psychiatrist which includes a 3″ case. Each 2ml vial holds approximately 50 drops. Also included in this kit is a 15ml bottle of fractionated coconut oil and a very handy oil usage reference card.
The 4 ml Rollerball bottles will come already pre-mixed with fractionated coconut oil. For the un-mixed 2 ml bottles, we recommend blending essential oils with a vegetable, seed, or nut carrier oil like coconut, jojoba, or avocado oil when applying to the skin.

Topical: Apply 1-2 diluted drops onto skin Add 20-30 drops to 1 oz. of unscented body, skin or hair care products. Add 5-10 drops to 1/4 cup Epsom salt or other course salt and add to bath water. Alternatively, you can add to 5-10 drops to 1-2 tablespoons milk or honey and add to a bath.
Aromatic: Diffuse in room diffuser or nebulizer. Inhale from bottle directly or add 1-2 drops to a tissue and inhale. Add a drop to palms of hands and cover nose and mouth and inhale. Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapour for 5-10 minutes; the effect will be maximized by placing a towel over the head. For air spray, add 10-20 drops to water in a spray bottle and spritz on surfaces or in the air*. Add 5-10 drops to an essential oil inhaler; use the inhaler every 15 minutes or so to alleviate symptoms.
